Weight Loss Hacks

In this article we will provide “Weight Loss Hacks”. We dont mean the typical diet and exercise.

All weight loss programs, plans etc involve these, these hacks involve simple things ANYONE can do and dont involve food or exercise. There are many things that impact weight and we will discuss those in this writing. 

In some cases a person cannot lose weight or keep it off due to this very factors. These suggestions or “hacks” should not replace diet and/or exercise but used with one or both to enhance weight loss.

 

Clothing:

Many seeking to lose weight buy clothes in smaller sizes to hopes of weight loss. This person may also not buy provocative or form fitting clothing because of their current size. This is wrong as it increases your negative outlook upon yourself. This negative thinking produces chemicals and attitudes (we will discuss later) that help prevent weight loss. Go ahead buy and wear the swimsuit,Tank Top, muscle shirt etc. The people that care about you wont mind and it will help you feel good about yourself. Do NOT wait for weight loss to buy this style of clothing do it now! You will find those whose heads you turn in a GOOD way! Ignore the negative no matter what you weigh they will always be there. This is about making you feel good. If you want to wear yoga pants or a speedo do it! Dont let clothing get in way of your weight loss. If you buy clothing in hopes of weight loss and you dont get there it could cause you to give up. Buy the clothing now and look and feel better now this will encourage your weight loss.

 

 

Attitude: 

Keep positive. Its hard to stay positive when fighting uphill battle to lose weight. As mentioned chemicals that enhance your weight loss goals are produced with positive thinking. We are not suggesting you feel good about your current weight. We are suggesting in all areas of your life you keep positive. Find things that make you happy. A hobby, going to movies, family outings, shopping etc etc.It is also VERY helpful to find others who need help or just a friend and help them. Helping others brings out the best in most of us. Example feeling low? Maybe find someone who needs help and help them. It doesnt have to be money. Maybe they need a ride or help with house. Find what you can to encourage positive thinking.

 

 

Family and Friends:

Keep your family and friends close. These people are your support. If you have a spouse and/or children this is great. Do things with them and for them. Do things you all enjoy. Compliment them. In short show you you love them. You dont need to discuss weight they should already know. This is about you feeling good. Family outing would be great if not how about a movie night at home? Family dinner with entire house. Go to a movie together etc etc. These people are your rock and regardless of what scale says will always be there for you. With their support you can get to your goal.

 

 

Sex:

Yes I said sex! Sex burns calories and calories turn into pounds. If you have a partner I doubt they will have an issue with more sex with the one they love.  Even a quickie will help. As added incentive sex creates the chemicals mentioned earlier that will help promote positive thinking. Along same lines sexual teases will do this too. Flash your partner sext them, engage in foreplay ANYWHERE. Sex helps weight loss.

 

 

Reduce stress:

Stress can really get in the way of any weight loss attempt so remove stress. How you say? Find what stresses you (besides weight) and find ways to remove or reduce it. Are the bills an issue? Are you in a partnered relationship? Then give that over to him/her. Unless they cannot handle it its a good way to get that stress away. Do NOT ask about them just let someone else deal with it. All you need to know is if theres enough money in bank to buy the kids ice cream. Unless shut off notices  are coming it fine and the stress is no longer yours unless you try to take it back or get involved. Do this with all areas of stress best you can. You dont have to be religious but The Serenity Prayer is a great motivator as well. Google it and read. Even for nonbelievers it can help reduce stress.
